the challenge

Initially, the challenge was to build community support for this unique building, intended as a model for development within Banff National Park. The next step was to market the advantages of Bison Courtyard to prospective commercial tenants. As the building came to life, the focus shifted to attracting visitors as well as locals to the Courtyard’s many shops and services.

the solution

Over the years we’ve delivered a number of creative solutions, including using artwork by local elementary students to create a temporary identity in the early stages of the project. Today the solutions we recommend come from our understanding of the building’s tenants and their very diverse target markets.
